Lyra Dance Company started as a mobile dance, fitness, and movement school based in Montgomery Center Vermont in 2016.

After 10 years of teaching adult, senior, and youth movement classes on the go, Lyra Dance Company is now nestled permanently in Enosburg Falls, VT.

LDC takes a holistic approach to dance and movement- one that nurtures the whole person, body, mind and spirit.

We believe movement is a lifelong practice that supports mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Our mission is to nurture a community where movement becomes a source of healing, joy, and self-discovery. To inspire people of all ages and abilities to find joy, strength, and confidence through movement.
