Beginner Belly Dance class invites adults of all levels to discover a beautiful, strength-building art form in a supportive environment.
We focus on developing core stability, flexibility, and fluid self-expression while mastering foundational isolations and rhythms.
Beyond the movement, this class prioritizes the historical and cultural context of the dance to ensure we are honoring and respecting its diverse Middle Eastern & African roots. This class is a wonderful way to empower your body, sharpen your mind, and connect with a rich global tradition.
Y2K Dance Party
Dust off your butterfly clips and cargo pants!
We’re throwing it back with a dance/fitness fusion fueled exclusively by late '90s and 2000s bangers.
It’s high-energy, beginner-friendly, and 100% judgment- free. Pop an advil for those knees and come party like it’s 1999!
